We also have outside agencies providing golf instruction, cricket, ki o rahi, and anything else that is on offer during the year.
Our junior and senior students travel to the local Wainuiomata Swimming complex where we use qualified instructors from Swim City Lower Hutt to teach stroke instruction and water safety. This is free to whanau and paid for by the school.
At play and lunchtime breaks we have some agile teacher aides who lead and participate in games with our students. This is part of our values work and Positive Behaviour For Learning focus. Here students learn to win and lose appropriately and practise fair play.
